Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Goodseeds delivers its orders to our customers across the Hyderabad Metropolitan area through our own vehicles and personnel. In case of a small order from certain remote areas, we will request the customers to take delivery through 3rd party delivery providers such as, Porter or Dunzo.

We pack and send our products from 4 hours to 48 hours, after receiving an order. The variation in time is due to factors such as, availability of products, need to secure Just-in-Time items or placing orders of mede-to-order items. In any case, we will contact the customer over phone or WhatsApp and update them on the expected delivery timeline.

Privacy Policy

Goodseeds takes the privacy of your information seriously. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect from you through our stores, website (including sub-domains and microsites) and mobile applications.

We DO NOT share the data we collect with anyone outside our organization.

Goodseeds collects the following information -
Contact information: first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number and other similar contact data for billing and shipping purposes. Financial information: payment instrument information, transactions, transaction history, preferences, method, mode and manner of payment, spending pattern or trends, and other similar data. Transaction information: the date of the transaction, total amount, transaction history and preferences and related details. Your reviews, feedback and opinions about our products,eventsand services.

We collect Data in the following ways:
Information You Give Us:We receive and store any information you enter on our website or mobile application or give us in any other way (at our outlet, or events). E-mail/WhatsApp/Social Media Communications: We collect customer information through these channels when one enquires about our products and services with regard to their specific needs.

Our website and mobile application do not offer products or services for use by minors. If you are under 18, you may use our website or mobile application only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We never share your Data with our partners or any other external providers.

Goodseeds retains Data for as long as necessary for the use of our products and/or services or to provide access to and use of our website or mobile application, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements and as long as processing and retaining your Data is necessary for our legitimate interests. Because these needs can vary for different data types and purposes, actual retention periods can vary significantly.

When we process Data about you, we do so with your consent and/or as necessary to operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers, or fulfil other legitimate interests of Goodseeds as described in this Privacy Notice.

Data collected under this Privacy Notice is stored on our cloud servers used for business purposes.

To request to review, update, or delete your personal information or to otherwise reach us, please submit a request by e-mailing us at or send us a message/call at +91 72071 73337. We will respond to your request within 24hours.

Refunds and Cancellations

We will refund full/part of the payment under following scenarios -

1). Cancellation of the Order

2). Change in order and removal of items from the order

3). Quality issues identified and agreed to as Goodseeds responsibility

Postponement or Cancellation

Any postponement or cancellation, Kindly do so before the order is packed and we issue the confirmation through a packed items invoice. Cancellation can be done via phone call during normal business hours and need to confirmed from Goodseeds by SMS / WhatsApp.

For cancellation or postponement post the packing of the order, we charge 50% of the price of perishables as many items can become unusable.

Lot of effort goes behind to ensure you get good quality produce. So, humbly request you to cooperate in this regard.

However, please note, there are no cancellation charges on non perishable items.


At the time of delivery - If you are unhappy with the quality of our product, you can return the same at the time of delivery. Just take a minute to write your feedback to us by messaging to 72071 73337, so we can learn from it and avoid such in the future.

Note, organic produce may not be the best looking unlike their non organiccounterparts, since no chemical additions are made at any point to make them look good. But, they are normally good from inside. If you want to return the produce due to exterior appearances (either not appealing or looking dull or incase of bananas it looks blackish), we would request you to please give the veggies a try and in case you do feel the same even after that, we would most definitely issue the refund.

Post delivery, due to quality issues - Please drop us an email with the issue and a picture to or send us a whatsapp message to +91 72071 73337.

Fruits and Vegetables - within 2 days of delivery in case of any quality issues. Send us a picture of the issue so we can understand it better.

Non Perishables - within 7 days of delivery and unopened, we will take them back. However, if it is opened, we will have to consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please note, we will NOT be able to refund for non perishable products without returning the product.
